On the other hand, it is also a reflection of our power systems. Urinals in public spaces are only available for standing. Those who have to sit pay. The lack of public, freely accessible toilets for more than half the population has a negative impact on their mobility and causes an economic disadvantage. The public sanitary infrastructure discriminates against women, all people with vulvas, and people with a wide variety of medical conditions and disabilities.
